"I'm a big hot sauce guy but I guess what I want is the spice kick, and there are tons of times that a sauce flavor profile just wont cut it / doesnt fit my meal. I grab for Chili Beak all the time , any time that I need spice in oil form. Love the flavor of this stuff. Mixing it into dressings, cooking stir fry in it or topping eggs. Love it!! Favorite part is making a dressing out of the remnants in the bottom of the jar when it's almost finished."
