Ingredients:
- 10-12 fresh chili peppers (such as jalapeño, serrano, or habanero), stemmed and roughly chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Chili Beak chili oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (such as apple cider or white vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat Chili Beak chili oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until they become fragrant and slightly softened.
- Add the chopped chili peppers to the pan and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
