Fleur de sel, sometimes called "the champagne of sea salt", is a very special sea salt. Its fine moist granules are harvested by skimming the surface of the Guérande saltmarshes (an ancestral method dating back a thousand years).
Blended by hand with grade A Madagascar Vanilla Beans from 2021 crops. This stuff is a great addition to your kitchen.
Use it for baking, grilled cod, coconut crusted shrimp, sprinkle on homemade brownies and caramels, popcorn, the list goes on! We've been having fun experimenting since we discovered it, and decided to make the best version we could for you!
Also great to add a 1/2 tsp to ice water in the morning as the first thing you drink. I've been doing this for about a year now and am seeing the benefits, thanks to my wife!
